Megagame Organizer Mentor Program
In partnership with the megagame coalition, we have a mentor program for aspiring designers and organizers.

As designers and organizers of megagames all around the world, the megagame coalition understand the complexities running megagames better than anyone. Therefore we set up this mentorship program to help form relationships between established megagame designers and organizers and anyone interested. With access to dozens of experienced designers and organizers, we aim to pair mentors with mentees according to the goals of the mentee.
Mentor Program Goals
To establish network of mentors in both design and running MGs (locally and/or at cons).
To connect mentors with mentees according to mentee goals.
To have mentor/MGC rep connect with mentee at least once per month (discord message, email conversation, voice chat, etc.).
Set a baseline of 6 months for each relationship, to be continued, ended or shifted at the end of the 6 months based upon mutual evaluation.
To have MGC representative touch base with mentors at least every 2 months.
